We accept MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.

Refund after making a return

If you send back one or more items, the corresponding value of goods will be refunded to the credit card from which you made the payment.

Please note: EU law mandates that consumers have the right to a full refund, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Refunds must be issued promptly and without undue delay, usually within 14 days of the return request. If your credit card is expired or encounters issues, refunds may require coordination with your bank or updating your payment information directly with the respective payment service.

Cancellation

After a cancellation, we will immediately refund you in any case where an amount has been charged.

Your payment method will only be charged once your order is processed and ready for dispatch.

Refunds
