Zelt und Fußabdruck Reinigungs- und Pflegehinweise:
Lagerung:
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Lagerung, dass Ihr Zelt trocken und frei von Verschmutzungen ist. Falten und rollen Sie Ihr Zelt jedes Mal auf eine andere Weise, um dauerhafte Falten zu vermeiden. Lagern Sie es an einem kühlen, trockenen Ort. Lassen Sie Ihr Zelt niemals über einen längeren Zeitraum bei heißen Temperaturen (z. B. im Kofferraum eines Autos oder auf dem Dachboden) stehen, da dies die Materialbeschichtung beschädigt. Wenn Sie Ihr Zelt feucht aufbewahren, kann es zu Schimmelbildung kommen, was dazu führen kann, dass Ihr Zelt riecht, undicht wird oder sich ablöst. Schäden durch Schimmel sind nicht durch die Garantie abgedeckt.
Reinigung:
Für eine leichte Reinigung können Sie das Produkt mit warmem (nicht heißem) Wasser abwischen.
Für eine gründlichere Reinigung benötigen Sie:
-Waschbecken (oder Badewanne)-warmes Wasser (nicht heiß)
-Wasserfester Getriebereiniger (wir empfehlen Produkte wie Nikwax Tech Wash)
-Schwamm
1. Tauchen Sie Ihre Ausrüstung in warmes, sauberes Wasser ein. Vorsichtig mit den Händen umrühren. Leeren Sie das schmutzige Wasser aus. Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang, bis der größte Teil des Schmutzes entfernt ist und das Wasser weitgehend klar ist.
2. Tragen Sie das spezielle Waschmittel für wasserdichte Kleidung auf und arbeiten Sie es mit einem Schwamm vorsichtig in das Gewebe ein.
3. Spülen Sie die Ausrüstung gründlich aus.
4. Hängen Sie sie zum Trocknen auf.
5. Vergewissern Sie sich dreimal, dass Ihre Ausrüstung vor der Lagerung oder Verwendung vollständig trocken ist.
*Nicht chemisch reinigen oder in der Maschine waschen. Waschmittel und Lösungsmittel für die chemische Reinigung beschädigen den Stoff und zerstören die Imprägnierung.
*Verwenden Sie niemals heißes Wasser, Bleichmittel, Flüssigwaschmittel oder Geschirrspülmittel.
*Lassen Sie das Kleidungsstück vor der Lagerung oder Verwendung vollständig trocknen.
*Vermeiden Sie längeres direktes Sonnenlicht, da UV-Strahlung die Wasserdichtigkeit beeinträchtigen kann.
Nahtversiegelung:
Big Agnes-Zelte werden als Teil unseres Herstellungsprozesses nahtversiegelt! Dieses Nahtband allein ist haltbar genug, um das Austreten von Wasser zu verhindern. Alle Nähte, die mit Klebeband versiegelt wurden, müssen nicht mit einem flüssigen Dichtungsmittel versiegelt werden, es sei denn, Sie möchten einen zusätzlichen Schutz. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Nahtversiegelung vollständig getrocknet ist, bevor Sie Ihr Zelt wieder verpacken. Schäden, die durch falsche Anwendung verursacht werden, können zum Erlöschen der Garantie führen.
Reißverschlüsse:
Wenn Sie Ihre Reißverschlüsse sauber halten, verhindern Sie, dass sich die Spulen und Schieber abnutzen. Wenn die Reißverschlüsse verschmutzt sind, saugen oder bürsten Sie sie ab, bevor Sie das Zelt verstauen. Wir empfehlen Gear Aid Zipper Cleaner and Lubricant.
Reparaturen und Garantie:
Für alle Big Agnes-Zelte gilt eine Garantie auf Herstellungs- oder Materialfehler. Wir übernehmen keine Garantie für Produkte, die durch normale Abnutzung, vom Besitzer vorgenommene Änderungen, Missbrauch, Unfälle oder durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch verursachte Schäden beschädigt wurden. Schäden aufgrund von Missbrauch, normaler Abnutzung oder unsachgemäßer Pflege können nach Ermessen von Big Agnes gegen eine angemessene Gebühr repariert werden. Zelte, die zur Reparatur eingesandt werden, müssen sauber und frei von Verschmutzungen sein.

BUNK HOUSE 8 SET UP INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove contents from stuff sack. Spread tent body out over your desired camp site.
2. Stake out the four corners of the tent and both sides before assembling the pole set.
3. Assemble the poles: one large main pole set with two hubs and a single long pole with locking hub (Swivel TLH).
4. To ensure each pole section is fully seated, insert each pole section into the next by hand, instead of allowing the shock cord to snap them together.
5. Insert the pole tips of the main pole set into the grommets at the four corners of the tent.
6. Feed the single pole underneath the main pole set and insert the pole tips into the grommets at the sides of the tent.
7. Connect the main pole set into the locking hub (Swivel TLH) on top of the single pole and ensure that the plastic ring is fully seated into the hub before closing it.
8. Unzip both doors on the main tent body to help with connecting the tent body to the pole set and stand inside the unzipped door to attach the tent body to the pole set.
9. Find the molded H-clip at the center of the tent body and connect it to the bottom of the locking hub on the center pole.
10. Attach the clips on the top seam of the tent body to the main pole running the length of the tent body.
11. Find the molded ball cap at the top of each door on the tent body and attach these to the corresponding ball tip on the pole ends of the main pole set.
12. Working your way around the perimeter of the tent, connect the remaining clips to the corresponding pole sections.
13. At this point you will have a free-standing structure.
14. Drape the rainfly over the tent body and match the colors of the webbing on the fly with the webbing on the body. The front door of the tent features a Welcome Mat.
15. Insert the ball caps/pole tips above the doors on the tent body into the small pockets located on the underside of the rainfly at the top of the vestibule zippers.
16. Attach all hook and loop straps on the underside of the fly to the corresponding poles. The hook and loop straps are located beneath the guy-out points and should all be properly secured to improve overall structural integrity.
17. Make sure the webbing at the corners of the fly is completely slackened. Attach the buckles on the corners of fly to those on the tent body.
18. Tighten the webbing on each buckle as needed to keep the fly taut.
19. Stake out the vestibule doors.
20. Stake out all guylines and adjust as needed to take the remaining slack out of the guy-lines.
21. Stake out the Welcome Mat and enjoy your Bunk House tent!
OPTIONAL SHELTER MODE INSTRUCTIONS:
Leave the tent body behind and create a large shelter using the rainfly, poles, included webbing harness and stakes. Set up the shelter with a floor by replacing the webbing harness with the Big Agnes footprint for your Bunk House 8 – sold separately.
Helpful Hint: Grab a friend, due to the large size of the Bunk House we recommend doing this with a buddy!

9. Attach all hook and loop straps on the underside of the fly, beneath the guy-out points, to the corresponding poles for overall structural integrity.
10. Make sure the webbing at the corners of the fly is completely slackened. Attach the buckles on the corners of fly to those on the webbing harness (or footprint).
11. Tighten the webbing on each buckle as needed to keep the fly taut.
12. Stake out the vestibule doors.
13. Stake out all guylines for optimal stability.

HELPFUL HINTS FOR TENT SET UP
Our tents are easy to set up, but we suggest you practice once at home before using them for the first time to avoid late night bickering with tent mates while fumbling around in the dark.
Before pitching tent, clear campsite of debris that may pierce tent floor.
We recommend staking out all corners, vestibules and guylines to increase space and ventilation. Securely staking out your tent and all guylines is crucial to maintaining the structural integrity of your tent.
Hang onto your stuff sacks or they’ll blow away and create backcountry litter.
Pull on the pole sleeve fabric when inserting poles to avoid any bunching in the material.
Push rather than pull poles through pole sleeves.
